Hey There

I'll start from the end - I believe and feel deeply that movement leads to connection, comfort, and calm. As I've grown, I've felt an increasing need to deepen my connection with internal, authentic, and mindful movement - creating a free passage between consciousness and body.

This is what I wish to share with anyone who seeks it

My journey in movement began in childhood (even before my earliest memories) with various dance classes, which evolved into a dance major in high school, professional dance training, and work as a freelance dancer.

In 2015, I decided to take a Pilates instructor course (at Pilates Sport Center), primarily to understand my body and prevent injuries - I couldn't bear the thought of missing any opportunity as a dancer. This was my first experience connecting body awareness with movement, and I began exploring various methods of movement meditation (though I didn't quite understand what that meant at the time). This led me to a 250-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training with Adam Harel, a 50-hour Women's Yoga teacher training with Meital Oved, and a 250-hour Ashtanga Yoga teacher training with Roni Fridman. I also visited India and experienced different movement practices with various teachers worldwide

In 2019, after stopping birth control pills following 10 years of use, I began naturopathic treatment, Shiatsu therapy and acupuncture, mainly for hormonal balance.

The experience I had in each treatment is difficult to put into words, but around my third Shiatsu session, I knew this was what I wanted to offer others "when I grew up". This eventually led me to explore Chinese and Japanese medicine.

In 2024, I completed my third certification in Shiatsu studies with honors at the "Broshim" Campus, Tel Aviv University.

Currently, I live in Peyia, Cyprus with my partner and two children. I've opened a home studio - Udaya Studio - a space where I combine all chapters of my life and the movement styles I've collected along the way. I feel like a channel through which I can share the physical, philosophical and emotional content that has touched me throughout my journey.
